Who we work for
We work exclusively for professional group providers (B2B): river and ocean cruise operators, Destination Management Companies, tour operators and corporate group organisers. We are a dedicated group transport solution from A to B. We also provide group transfers for galas, events and concerts. Light catering options are available. We do not sell individual tickets and are not public transport or a party boat.

Dedicated docking facilities close to ship and destination
RiverTender operates its own docking facilities within walking distance of both final destinations and river and ocean cruise ships. This means short walking routes, no unnecessary transfers and smooth passenger flows on and off the vessel. Exact docking locations and time slots are aligned in advance with your planning team and guides, ensuring predictable, calm boarding and disembarkation — and keeping your excursion firmly on schedule.
Where we operate
We currently focus on the Rotterdam–Dordrecht–Kinderdijk region and its immediate surroundings. Typical operations include transfers between river or ocean cruise ships and Kinderdijk, targeted harbour tours (for example a compact circuit of the Waalhaven), or short shuttle services to attractions in the region. Exact boarding locations and sailing times are agreed upon after enquiry and aligned with your planning.
